By accessing or using XPR Casino (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

XPR Casino is an entertainment platform built on the XPR Network blockchain. All games use on-chain smart contracts for provably fair outcome determination. Prizes are distributed in XPR tokens held within the platform's on-chain prize pool.

XPR Casino is not a licensed gambling operator in any jurisdiction. The Platform is intended as a skill-and-entertainment product on a public blockchain network. We make no representation that participation constitutes lawful gambling in your jurisdiction.

Prize pool availability: All prizes are funded by a finite, on-chain prize pool. If the pool is empty, prize distributions are automatically suspended on-chain. XPR Casino provides no guarantee that the prize pool will be funded at any given time.

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Platform.
• You must not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where participation in online gaming, token-based rewards, or blockchain applications is prohibited by law.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Access to the Platform requires a compatible XPR Network wallet (e.g. WebAuth, Anchor). You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and wallet credentials. XPR Casino does not store, control, or have access to your private keys.

All on-chain actions (spins, raffle entries, ticket minting) are signed by you and are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. XPR Casino cannot reverse or refund any confirmed on-chain transaction.

All game outcomes are determined by on-chain smart contract logic using verifiable randomness. No outcome is determined or manipulated by XPR Casino off-chain.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account restriction:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended contract behaviour to gain unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent daily spin limits or other restrictions.
• Coordinating with others to manipulate raffle outcomes.
• Any attempt to abuse the prize pool, ticket system, or BP supporter bonus.

XPR Casino reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently block any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, at our sole discretion, without prior notice and without liability.

• Each user account is entitled to a limited number of free spins per 24-hour window, as configured on-chain.
• The spin outcome is determined by on-chain randomness at the time the dispatcher processes your spin — it cannot be predicted or influenced.
• A "Try Again" outcome results in a spin refund (the spin is not consumed). All other outcomes are final.
• Prize amounts are paid directly from the on-chain prize pool. XPR Casino is not liable for unpaid prizes if the pool is empty at the time of the spin.

• Each user may enter each raffle draw once using the required number of raffle tickets.
• Raffle tickets are earned on-chain by winning applicable spin tiers. Tickets are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• The raffle winner is drawn on-chain after the deadline. The draw is provably fair and cannot be manipulated.
• Once entered, raffle tickets are consumed and are non-refundable regardless of whether the raffle is subsequently cancelled.
• XPR Casino reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any raffle at any time if the prize pool is insufficient or due to technical issues.

The Platform operates via audited but uninsured smart contracts on the XPR Network. By using the Platform you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Smart contracts may contain undiscovered bugs or vulnerabilities.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible; errors cannot be undone.
• Network outages, forks, or validator issues outside our control may affect Platform availability or prize delivery.
• XPR token value may fluctuate or become worthless. XPR Casino does not guarantee the market value of any prize.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, XPR Casino, ProtonIND, and their operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of tokens, prizes, or data due to smart contract failure, network issues, or user error.
• Inability to access the Platform for any reason, including maintenance, technical failure, or regulatory action.
• Actions of third-party wallet providers, exchanges, or blockchain validators.

In all cases, our aggregate liability (if any) to you shall not exceed the value of the last prize successfully delivered to your wallet address.

XPR Casino enforces daily spin limits and encourages responsible play. If you feel you are spending more time or tokens than you can afford, please stop and seek help.

XPR Casino only stores your XPR Network wallet address (account name), game outcomes, and ticket balances on-chain and in our database. We do not collect personally identifiable information beyond what you voluntarily provide through blockchain transactions.

By using the Platform you acknowledge that all on-chain actions are publicly visible on the XPR Network blockchain explorer.

All content, branding, and code comprising the Platform (excluding open-source third-party components) is the property of ProtonIND / XPR Casino. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ProtonIND is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

All disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Failing that, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

On-chain outcomes produced by the smart contract are final and are not subject to dispute or reversal by XPR Casino.
